He is an experienced cook as well as cooking trainer, who worked in several Italian restaurants abroad and now manages his own restaurant and pizzeria, along with an intense training activity for both Italian and foreigners, for beginners and advanced trainees. He is specialised in all type of fresh pasta (including ravioli and tortellini) and pizza.
